Custom lighting solutions

Built to a drawing, not to a catalogue

Send a section drawing, a space or a target dimension. We work out the profile, the optics and the finish, then produce it — aluminium profiles, finished luminaires, LED neon and the fittings that go with them.

What we actually do

Three parts of one job — the design decision, the engineering behind it, and the run that comes off the line.

Design Match the section to the space

Tell us the reveal depth, the ceiling detail and the finish. We come back with a profile that fits the gap and the diffuser that gives the look you specified — not the nearest thing in stock.

Engineering Solve the parts that fail later

Wall thickness, heat path, driver placement and diffuser choice decide whether a run stays straight and bright at year five. We settle those before the quotation, not after the first complaint.

Production Run it, check it, ship it

Custom runs take 15–30 working days. Every order passes four inspection gates and leaves with a signed record — incoming, first article, in-process, pre-shipment.

How a custom job runs

Same four steps as any order — the difference is how much of step one you bring.

  1. STEP 01 Drawing or target A DWG, a photo with dimensions, or just the gap you need to fill. The more precise this is, the fewer rounds later.
  2. STEP 02 Quotation Within 1–2 business days, with the section drawing, the specification sheet and freight on the same page.
  3. STEP 03 Voorbeeld From 20 m. Free or charged depending on the sample value; freight is paid by the buyer.
  4. STEP 04 Production Custom runs 15–30 working days, then inspected and shipped on FOB, EXW or CIF terms.

The full sequence, including payment and shipping terms: order process. Certificates and scopes: certificates.

What to send with the inquiry

Four things. With all four, the first quotation is usually the last one.

01
Section drawing or target sizeWidth, height, wall thickness, and the gap it drops into.
02
FinishAnodised (natural, black or bronze), powder-coated to a colour code, or mill finish.
03
DiffuserPC, PMMA or opal — and whether you need a specific light distribution.
04
Quantity and destinationMetres, pieces, and the port or address. Freight changes the landing cost more than the profile does.
