For Heather Bank in Mombasa, the design team wanted the display niche lit by one unbroken line at ceiling level. Standard channels left the strip proud of the diffuser or forced joints that broke the line. The HL-B8888A perforated wide-body LED profile was chosen for its surface-mount 88×88mm section, which carries 35 mm strip behind an opal diffuser. Detailing held through handover, and the fitting count dropped because longer runs replaced short ones. The section was stocked in up to 4 m and cut to the lighting layout, so waste on site stayed low.
