Sample — optional

Quality control

Quality, without the hand-waving
Four inspection gates on every order, and the records to back them up.
Aging, photometric measurement on the integrating sphere, dimensional checks, and a 100% surface and colour check by hand run on every batch. Records for your own order are available on request.

Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Samples take 3–5 business days; the sample charge depends on the item’s value, and freight is paid by you.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It varies by model. Tell us the model you need and we will confirm the minimum.
How long does production take?
In-stock items ship in 3–5 days; custom profiles take 15–30 business days.
Do you support partial shipments?
Yes — we can split an order across multiple shipments to suit your site schedule.
Do you offer OEM / ODM?
Yes. We work to your section drawing, finish and packaging under OEM, or develop the profile with you under ODM.

What warranty do you provide?

Are spec sheets, drawings and IES files free?
Yes — specification sheets, section drawings and IES files are provided free of charge.
Why 6063 aluminium rather than a cheaper alloy?
It extrudes cleanly, conducts heat well and resists corrosion. That combination keeps the section straight over a long run, and keeps the LED junction cool enough to hold its output for years rather than months.
How do I confirm waterproof performance?
Ask for the IP rating report and the sealing material specification, not just the IP number. Our waterproof profiles are salt-spray tested and IP68 tested, and the reports come with your order.
