Surface-mounted linear lighting for a staff break-out area

The fit-out at Pine Fields in Freiburg called for a lighting line that could run the full length of the office reception lobby without a grid of downlights. The first channel considered was either too shallow for the strip platform or left visible joints every few metres. The HL-BAPL024 rectangular surface mounted LED profile solved it: a surface-mount 44.7×39.6mm aluminum body that takes LED strip up to 18 mm behind a clear diffuser. The same profile was then carried through the remaining areas, keeping the floor to one SKU and one accessory set. Fewer joints also meant fewer fittings to service, and the same section carried into the adjacent rooms.
