  • Please use a 24VDC isolated power supply to drive the LED strip, and the ripple of the constant voltage source is less than 5%.Do not use a RC buck, non-isolated power supply to drive the LED strip;
  • In order to ensure the life and reliability of the LED strip, please do not bend it in an arc below 60mm in diameter, and do not fold it in half to avoid damage to the lamp beads or breakage;
  • In order to ensure the life and working environment of LED strip, the power cord cannot be pulled hard during use, and collisions are prohibited to avoid damage to the LED strip.
  • During the installation process, pay attention to the positive and negative poles of the power cord, do not connect them wrongly,and whether the voltage of the power supply and the product are consistent, so as to avoid damage to the product;
  • The LED light strip should be stored in a dry and sealed environment. It is recommended that the storage period should not be too long.Please unpack it before use. The working environment temperature is -20℃~45°C, the storage temperature is 0℃~60℃,and the if LED strip is not waterproof. Please use it indoors, the relative humidity should not be higher than 70.
  • Please be careful to operate, when the power is turned on, do not touch the AC power terminal to prevent electric shock.
  • In practical applications, the power supply should reserve 20% of the margin (it is recommended to use only 80% of the power)to ensure sufficient voltage to drive the product.
  • It is strictly forbidden to use any acidic or alkaline adhesive to fix the product (including but not limited to glass glue, etc.).
