Under-Cabinet LED Profiles Channels for worktops, shelves and joinery
Light on the work surface, not in the eye. An under-cabinet channel hides under the carcass or inside a rebate, so what lands on the worktop is a wash and not a fitting. This range runs 6–21 mm strip over outer heights from 8.3 mm.
Three decisions decide whether this detail works
The channel is only part of it. What the run looks like in service depends on what it is fixed into, the section you choose and how the output is aimed.
Shallow enough to disappear
Outer heights in this range start at 8.3 mm, so the body clears a shallow reveal under a carcass or behind a door line.
A wash, not a row of dots
The diffuser is what turns the strip into even light on the surface. Without it you are looking at individual LEDs.
Cut to the cabinet, not the other way round
Bodies come in 4 m lengths and are cut to the run. Corner and surface versions cover the returns where a straight run ends.

Pick the constraint you actually have
Four of the decisions that come up first, each answered from the live range above — by outer height, by the strip you already buy, and by how the body has to be fixed.
How to narrow this range down to one body
Three numbers decide it, in this order. Every figure below is this group, not the whole catalogue.
Depth from the underside of the carcass to the door line is the number that limits you. Outer heights here run 8.3–30 mm.
This range accepts 6–21 mm strip. The channel has to take what you already buy.
Screw-fixed, clip-on and corner bodies are all in this group — the fixing decides whether the strip can be serviced later.

Who builds the section, and what stands behind the drawing
The certifications below are issued to Shenzhen Helian Electronics Co., Ltd. Certificate numbers and the test standards are given in full, so any of them can be checked with the issuing body before you specify.

What to send us, and what you get back
Most ceiling details are settled on the drawing, not on a phone call.
-
STEP 01
Send the ceiling detail
A section sketch, a photo of the reveal, or just the pocket depth and the strip you plan to use.
-
STEP 02
We match it to a section
We check the tooling we already run before proposing anything new — most details map onto an existing profile.
-
STEP 03
You get the drawing
The dimension drawing for the matched model, with W, H and the strip width it accepts, so you can check the cut-out.
-
STEP 04
Sample, then order
Cut lengths and finishing are confirmed against the drawing before anything goes to production.
What buyers ask before specifying this group
The questions that come up most often before a run is signed off.
Will it show when the cabinet door is open?
That is decided by outer height, not by the model. The bodies here run from 8.3 mm upwards; anything that stays below the door line disappears when the door is closed.
Can the same body be used under a shelf or in a wardrobe?
Yes. The bodies are used for shelf and wardrobe lines as well; the only constraint is the reveal you can form and the strip you are fitting.
Does it need a diffuser?
A diffuser is what makes the output read as a wash over the worktop. Diffuser and accessory options differ by model — the drawing on each card shows what the body takes.
What length does it come in?
4 m as standard, cut to the run. Custom lengths on request.
What if nothing matches the reveal I have?
Send the depth you are working with. We hold the tooling for the range, so it is usually a question of which existing section drops in.
Can the strip be replaced later if it fails?
Yes — the cover comes out and a new strip goes in, so the cabinet does not have to come apart. How it comes out differs by body: on some it is a push fit, on others it slides out of the end. The section drawing on each model shows which.
Retrofit, or does the cabinet have to be made for it?
Either. On a finished cabinet the body screws or clips to the underside and the cable runs along the back. Where the cabinet is being built, the recessed bodies in this group can be set into a rebate instead, so only the opening shows.
Other ranges you may need on the same job
Most projects use more than one body. These are the ranges next to this one, plus the four mounting ranges.
