I am currently in my second year as a salesperson working at Helian. I have learned professional skills and knowledge from the very beginning. Helian has provided many professional skills training and customer relationship courses. I can truly say that no two days are the same and there is so much variability to the work.

There is no typical day or week, because one day you may be trying to win a project case worth several ten/hundred thousand dollars, while another day you are trying to arrange a couple of thousand dollars delivery for an extremely important customer.It is a lot of fun. And the clients I interact and work with are all great people and make for interesting chats.

Problem solving and finding solutions for customers play a prominent role on any given day, however building relationships and getting to know each customer is also extremely important. The role is incredibly rewarding and the camaraderie with my team is amazing as we work toward a common goal of trying to run the most efficient and profitable business.

Study and Training

The LED Light industry is just full of knowledge and learning, and it’s very rewarding when I can help my company because I’ve got the right knowledge to solve the customer’s problem. Customers are closer to me because of my help.

I love problem solving in my work. Customers will bring me a problem or problem they have and then it is my job to find one or many solutions and then present these to the customer.

Am I suitable for a sales job at Helian? I absolutely can, as long as I’m dedicated, driven, and enjoy being around other people. By doing so, I would thrive in this role. Having people from different backgrounds can be extremely successful because Helian allows people with completely different perspectives and experiences to contribute and suggest new ways of doing things.

The best part of my job is the friendships I make every day. Being able to have happy and trusted communication with my clients really drives me to enjoy every bit of work I do.

Helian not only has a beautiful working environment and happy working atmosphere , but also a very happy culture and collective activities, such as monthly birthday parties, outdoor team building activities , team dinners, playing table tennis in the badminton hall, etc.

As a member of Helian, I think the company has done a good job in both happy work and relaxing – having fun. Working in such an environment will keep me happy and motivated.
