We strictly use premium, UV-stabilized Polycarbonate (PC) or optical PolyMethyl Methacrylate (PMMA) from Tier-1 global raw material suppliers. Our frosted/opal covers ensure up to 85% light transmittance, and our specialized clear optical lenses exceed 90% transmittance. The raw materials are UV-protected, ensuring the diffuser will not yellow, crack, or turn brittle during long-term continuous operation in commercial lighting indoor environments.
By default, each standard packaging unit includes 2 end caps (1 blank, 1 with a wire hole) and 2 standard metal mounting clips per meter. For specific structural mounting methods—such as suspended spring clips, drywall mud-in components, or linear continuous connectors—please consult our project specialists. To guarantee optimal performance, please check the "Lighting Source Width" parameter listed in our specifications table to ensure your LED strip's outer PCB fits perfectly inside the inner aluminum track.
