This structural configuration offers high thermal conductivity, successfully serving as a heavy-duty heat sink. It efficiently dissipates heat generated by high-density flexible or rigid LED strips up to 15W/m, preventing lumen depreciation and extending the LED lifespan over 50,000 hours.
We strictly use premium, UV-stabilized Polycarbonate (PC) or optical PolyMethyl Methacrylate (PMMA) from Tier-1 global raw material suppliers. Our frosted/opal covers ensure up to 85% light transmittance, and our specialized clear optical lenses exceed 90% transmittance. The raw materials are UV-protected, ensuring the diffuser will not yellow, crack, or turn brittle during long-term continuous operation in commercial lighting indoor environments.
By default, each standard packaging unit includes 2 end caps (1 blank, 1 with a wire hole) and 2 standard metal mounting clips per meter. For specific structural mounting methods—such as suspended spring clips, drywall mud-in components, or linear continuous connectors—please consult our project specialists.
