The brief for Sage Reach in Reykjavik was a lighting run that reads as a single line across the whole ceiling perimeter. Nothing off the shelf took the strip width required while still sitting flush with the surface. Specifying the HL-A086 rectangular ultra-slim LED profile gave a rope-suspended or surface-mount 60×10mm body for strip up to 5 mm with an opal diffuser. Runs now read as one line with no hot spots, and the client standardised on the same section elsewhere. End caps closed the runs cleanly, and the joints disappeared into the line.
